The strike ballot in Feb, think there was 111,600 entitled to vote.
Be interesting to see the numbers entitled to vote this time, as members are handing their notice in every week!!!!!!!

101% Yes.
Any No voters will be compulsory transferred to our new re-education superhub facility in Cambuslang.
Excellent I could do with a change of scenery.

Do we get travel expenses?

I can see it being probably 65% yes. This is certainly as split a vote as I can remember in my time. Royal Mail definitely got what it wanted with their divide & conquer approach.

The first question tomorrow will be "when do we get the back pay"

Why that long?.Some say the 21st July.
Because they decimated the paycenters and don't send out payslips a bit like the customer service points this week and all the other staff in all the other parts of the business in the coming weeks!
Apart from all these managers that seem to do not a lot each day. Too many layers of management, too many incompetent inept and unprofessional managers , the Area Managers or whatever they’re called nowadays need culling ,along with all these performance manager/ coaches (what is that about) . That might save a few quid.

65%

But I'm more concerned that members will leave the Union. Unfortunately, many will feel that they have massively overpromised and grossly underdelivered. The extra money will have sealed the deal for some and it was obvious this is what the Union was really after in delaying the ballot.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

3 YES votes will win it.

50.000003% YES
49.999997% NO

on a 53% turnout.

Ward, Furey and RM Smgt will then pull the strings on party poppers with Cheshire cat grins over their faces claiming Victory over the plebs.

No matter which way the vote goes Dave and Andy must step down to allow new stronger and younger blood with more balls to fight within the union
