personaly i hate them and doing more for the same money or even less money is stupid the idea that they protect full time jobs is a joke and another scare story summer working,30 minutes extending and all the other flexible ideas and now d2d for nothing how many more sacrifices and if they are so crucial to the business and such an earner why cant we share the windfall? why not ASK ALAN to do more for less if he agrees then i`ll think about it
