For i have now heard it all long and short's come in and are we now all working our proper hour's? NO for some think they can still run and come in yes two hour's before their start time!. Well i will tell you all this is not some small office in the stick's but a big D/O!. Now how can any union rep defend the indenfenceable! ie: the runner's and the rider's!. I still say NO... Why should the people with morals and ethics lower the standard because of these two :cfo :lfo and the "RUNNERS & RIDERS"!

Im speaking on a D.O. working inviroment But the M.C. is just as bad.... Made up crap posties that cant even do a mundane job .. Being Line screws.????? Seen many come n go back to blue shirt with there tail between there legs... And many bridges burnt...

Ive got nothing against people bettering them selfs... But its the way they do the job... How they act with new tasks and talking to OLD workmates as a screw or a proper guvnor... There is a MASSIVE difference in my book.. Not many can do it!!!

Don't you guys think that the people who run this outfit have made it so people look after themselves by frightening them into keeping their noses clean for fear of losing their jobs. After all the job is changing alot, many jobs have been lost to make way for the new Royal mail, no?

let them come in early and run around there duties....at the end of the day those of us who do our jobe properly have nothing to worry about........i wont be back at the office to take out belated walks for free.....i have enough trouble completing my walk in the allowed duty time as it is....those that carve it up will learn the hard way

yes i agree, this is how i feel also that they will get us with any silly error we make so we feel on edge . Its not good.
