bank holidays

So far in the last 8 months my day off has not fallen on a bank holiday, but if it does, does this mean I get a day of in lieu. :hmmmm

and if a weeks holiday falls on it as well AFAIK - the only time you don't get it back is if its your normal working week and you should have been working, or you are on sick leave.

Also What happens to these half days? I am entiltiled to 22 1/2 day do these roll over or do you gat half a days pay?, questions you think I would have been told about by royal mail tossers.
