No.

If you’re on the old contract you stay on that contract for your duration, we’ve had managers try tell us if you transfer you do so on the new contract, it’s all nonsense you stay on the contract you are hired on.

I'm not trying to be awkward, just not sure I get what you mean. Do you mean vary how many hrs you work on a weekly basis? A work mate went part time 3 days a week ,some weeks they work the rest of the week in OT sometimes they just do the 3 days, a good set up.for them

They reduced their hours so they'll have got a new contract but the only difference would be the amount of hours, everything else including the terms, rate of pay etc would be the same, the varying part you're thinking about is overtime like any other so it doesn't come into it.

Yeah they went part time a couple of yrs ago so as you say same t n c's just shorter hrs. Some part timers have been offered full-time hrs but can't get new contracts until the dispute is over and from what I understand their new contracts will be on the same t n c's as the new starters other than it'll be 37hrs instead of 40hrs

If the new full timers are forced on to new pay rates going from 30 to.37 hours is barely worth it. About £28 extra for 7 hours extra work, £4 an hour and that's before stoppages.

I've been told that if you want to transfer to another office, you will need to sign up to the new contract. As in lower pay and compulsory Sundays. Anyone know if this is true?

Just to add, transferring on exactly the same hours, same job.
