Vote no to your pay rise, changes will go through anyway and you will be left with nothing.

Re: Have to vote No
A shame people may get their lives upturned by later tines, my main concern is the physical side - adding 400+ houses to a pairing is unworkable - to keep failing is against the cwu mantra (so i thought) Expect its conditions above pay rise for a lot of people ?

Why do you even care if you finish or not?
Start at your start time, do your contracted hours and bring what's left back; it's not rocket science

You are correct but it is a mental thing I think especially if you're old school and are used to completing without any dramas.
You are left with no choice now to be honest, gone are the days where you were providing a service to the public taking pride in your work knowing that you have done a good job and your mind (and frame!) is clear for the next day.
Enjoyable days they were sadly gone because of pure corporate greed

Quite a few of us are old skool on this forum, and we have seen everything under the sun during our time with Royal Mail.sixfoottwo wrote: ↑26 Jun 2023, 11:43You are correct but it is a mental thing I think especially if you're old school and are used to completing without any dramas.

For when they take the job. They probably won’t stick around though when they find out that they are on less money but that’s the companies problem not ours.

Re: Have to vote No
Always knew they were going to find extra money/bribe just before vote to get the yes vote.
It’s terrible deal only people that benefit are CWU.
After this deal get a yes vote imagine what’s coming in 2 years time.
Oh and don’t be surprised later when that pension is in trouble, these are the same people who gave 400m to shareholders and are now skint

Re: Have to vote No
As opposed to you, who despite having already voted, keep blathering on about the ‘pathetic sell out agreement’ non-stop on-repeat. Makes as much sense as anything you post to be fair.77SAMPOST77 wrote: ↑26 Jun 2023, 10:15How do you know Mystic Meg ? ,
Most people who like me who are against the pathetic sell out agreement have already voted no so stop your pathetic scaremongering .
