The weather in my area was great today, sun was shining and hardly a cloud in the sky, I had to wear my sunglasses all day :nana :nana :nana :nana :nana :nana :nana

So where was all the bad weather?

It was extremely windy here last night. But a couple of Alka Seltzer soon sorted me out

A few years back we could not go out as it snowed really heavy and no salt or grit had been put on the roads or pavement and it was impossible to deliver.

Wet and windy here on the south coast although it dried up for a few hours and the wind died down for a while. It wasn't as bad as was forecast, at least here. It does beg the question however, how bad does it have to be before RM accept that it is too dangerous to attempt delivery. I'm not suggesting that today would even be close to that scenario, but how bad would it have to be for RM to put safety before profit? Stupid question really, if you think about the fiasco with the new magnum footwear.

The so called Gales and high winds, wouldn't bat an eyelid in Scotland. We are all used to it here. Sometimes it gets so bad we put on a pull-over.

Sometimes you even have to stop wearing you kilts  it's a bit breezy around the undercarriage.

Yeah, the Scottish weather sorts the men from the boys. I'm an ex-pat and I never minded the wind, but I don't miss the rain or the cold. Scottish summers are about the same as the winter down here, and there's no midges either.
