I think the writing on the wall, I can't see Royal Mail surviving in the short-term, let alone the long-term. Access too capital from the city might provide a stay of execution, depending on a successful 'yes' vote. But the ship will sink eventually.
So will we get just the basic statutory redundancy? or is their some money set aside in some agreement incase of the above scenario?

It isn’t about having a different opinion, it is about having a wrong one. A no vote jeopardises the job for those of us who want to continue doing it. It isn’t a matter of opinion. Calm down. I start on time and am as annoyed as you that people still start early. It is even more bizarre at my office as we are made to stay till our time if we finish early anyway. It just emphasises how dumb some of our colleagues are I guess.
