If only you knew how shocking the Scottish divisions have been at local level...Ruining this job on their own..

I know how they work at local level and they do a good job under difficult circumstances.
Cwu hq is the folk you should be having a dig at as they don't provide the funds to educate the d.o reps .

Some reps possibly do a good job. But locally, where I am they are a shambles.
CWU HQ? Dont provide funds to educate the reps? £20 million plus a year in member fees not enough? From the top to the bottom their an embarrassment then. I will go with that.

Well done to the scots, all my branch are interested in is how many jollies they can go on and how little work they can get away with,got my ballot paper today and put the X in the big NO box.

As someone else has just pointed out grampian an shetland are recommending yes.are they not part of scotland anymore.
