CWU members can now vote in the ballot on our negotiators' agreement.
As it opens, we've been speaking to chief operating officer, Grant McPherson, and CWU's general secretary, Dave Ward.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Look at our Dave all cosy in the flash RM meeting room with the chief bully of the business big Grant McPherson. I think I’ll vote no then discontinue my financial support towards that giant bald bellends £140k salary. Sold us all out so he can hang out at the big boy table and feel important.

Lying b'stards. If they wanted to restore quality of service, they would work with us to get in first thing in the morning, let us out of the office without wasting 2 hours arguing with managers and actually deliver all the products not just the ones they deem priority. They do not want to restore quality of service and it is not about mitigation it's about crossing lines between workable/ unworkable and acceptable/ unacceptable. Plus the green excuse again, arrrrrrrrghhhhh!

I'm glad this site gives me a space to vent because this BS doesn't half inspire some rage that needs releasing!

Meanwhile in the real world revisions are not working and managers continue to bully staff on a daily basis .

Message to WARD n FUREY. How come Union as and still is letting management BULLY posties. It’s been going on for years now and you don’t seem to give a F##k.amount of posties with mental health problems is not acceptable.they have already brought in revisions a couple of years ago, which were not achievable. Union signed it off.Get your arses in to some of these offices and see for yourselves. To start with get to Northern Ireland and Scotland offices where there as recently been trouble instead of sitting in cosy meetings with management, shafting your members. You are both a disgrace!

These figures set out the stark reality. Time for an alternative economic policy. We need price caps to curb profiteering, investment in the productive economy and public services, and inflation-beating wage increases for those who do the work.

How wages have faired.

MPs: Pay ⬆️ 22% in real terms since 2010

Bankers: Bonuses ⬆️ 101% in cash terms since 2008

CEOs: Pay ⬆️ 23% in 2022 alone

Teachers: Pay 🔻 24% since 2010

Nurses: Pay 🔻 20% since 2010

Whose wages are causing the inflation?
WE DESERVE BETTER ....
