I know a lot are not happy about the change in finish times from march next year but today on our fittings we have been given new start and finish times from a post revision (well a few dutys were taken out in march but no repick).
Well everyone is angry about this, we can fully expect and understand changes coming in next year but they have dropped a change of times starting next month, Saturday will now be 50 minutes later to our finish. Next year the new times will be added to these new hours too!!.
The rep apparently is looking to see the area rep over this.
Do you think (from a reps point of view) that something can be done over this? No one knew this was coming.
We haven't even voted yet!!!!!

Not sure what the current agreement on last letter is. I think I read somewhere it was 3pm for the town and any rural could be 4pm.
Over the years I don't know any offices that finished there delivery by 4pm it was always earlier especially on a Saturday. The office I work in have had times change three times over the past 4 years. Worst part was later finishing time on a Saturday as people already had season tickets for the footie and are either late for the game or just can't make it anymore.

Sorry not an answer as such but after our "revision" they sneaked ours by 15 minutes later and said some bollox like it's what they said we had to do whatever that means.

To me working later isn't a big issue no kids to pick up and won't be affected by travel as I work near office, the only thing bothering me would be the heat temperatures over 30 are absolutely draining
