pay deal!

Post by fallenworld2022 »

I reckon more people would vote yes if the union done the decent thing and said your getting £1400 plus backdated pay in july rather than 4 months later in october doesnt look good does is it? especially when a lot want out the now there not wanting to hang around till autumn, own goal after own goal by the union

A few months waiting for the lump sum won't make much difference in terms of people voting yes or no. It's the new change's that are the deciding factor.

They will bring the changes in regardless of a yes or no vote. Just look what they did with the revisions, pushed them through. They will do anything to cut costs & increase their profits.

From what Rm originally planned it does seem they've backed off from some of their proposals like owner driver's, compulsory Sunday's. No doubt that they will be pushing for that in a few year's though. The job's done for.

Why do you keep posting things about wildlife? You need to be on the Springwatch site on BBC2. Oh dear it ended last week.

The union has been out thought & out fought by rm and if this deal is rejected then they might come back with everything they wanted and just impose it. Don’t really know were we go from here. Don’t think striking will work they will flood the place with agency workers & no doubt staff will be reluctant to go out for anything over a couple of days. Just my thoughts

People have lost over a thousand pounds striking to get this s**t deal, no point striking and anyway the pec won’t ratify it.
Vote yes and get worse terms and conditions, pay rise and lump sum.
Vote no and you will get nothing and much worse conditions. It really is that simple.

if its rejected you think RM will impose a £30 per week pay increase on us? i think they will impose another 2% if they are feeling generous. dont know about the rest, but if it IS rejected Ward and Fury need to fall on their swords.

Not a hope in hell, will they fall on their swords, you would have to drag them out kicking and screaming, they are too close to the RM board, too comfortable in their bubble ensconced at our expense of course , keeping away from us , the great unwashed, completely out of touch with those that they are supposed to represent.
