Can at least say we didnt vote in or agree with the sell-out.

That matters more to some people, you know.

It matters more than a pay-rise, lump sum and having union involvement in your employment rights going forward? Wow. Fact is, voting no means you will still be delivering in the dark, apparently being attacked non-stop by dogs and muggers, but at least you can turn round and tell them that you didn’t vote to be out there.

I’ll ask again, for the umpteenth time, what do you hope to achieve by voting no?

The unions involvement in employment rights thus far, is exactly the reason to vote NO.

People will vote NO and ultimately leave the sinking ship, and its entirely their right, than shoehorning in an absolute sell out.

Voting no and then leaving is possibly the most ridiculous thing I have read on these boards yet. If you are going to leave anyway, vote yes, get your well deserved lump sum and then leave with £1400 in your pocket.

Why would you vote against a lump sum if you are going to leave anyway? Lol.

Some have the decency not to sell their colleagues and friends out for a chicken feed taxed lump.....then leave.

Some may differ, hence why its down to choice.
