How are you voting - Update

Post by X_hamster »

Ballot opens 22nd June.

How are you voting now.

All terms and conditions have still been slashed, upto 16:30 finishes (for now) including Saturdays.

Agreed later working in Winter pressure, for no additional pay and open to local abuse.

These can be sold off for taxed £900 + £500.....Has this changed things?

Later start and finish times including Saturday
Sick provisions slashed
IHR slashed
VR slashed and thin on ground, due to natural leavers.

All this could be yours for a taxable £1400.

Vote yes :chuckle

You forgot the RM approach to being flexible, the seasonal hours BS. Plus I'm PT so wouldn't even see £1400 minus tax.

Still hell no.

Oh yeah of course, working even longer in winter, which you will vote to agree with :left:

And will be open to all sorts of local abuse following the big zoom show down.

Also limits o/t opportunities for those that wish.

Never mind a fair whack seem content with it now, least its still a job :hmmmm

Dearie me.

Most people I know are voting yes.

Sick of the dispute. Take the lump sum and look for something else.

Dragged on long enough.

Through the last 20 years whenever there's a dispute the terms and conditions have been eroded.

No way around it, that's the way the business is going. If you've been in long enough then you'll have witnessed it. Good times are over

How many taking the taxed payment, which still isnt confirmed when it will come.....

Will actually seek to leave the organisation and move on.

Would be interesting to see who does, or is it just a surrender excuse.
