What are the terms of the new pension 2024 ?

No one knows what the future holds. Just because it is in a good position now does not mean it won’t be next year or maybe later who knows. That money should be left alone as a safety net in case things globally go tits up. Robert Maxwell springs to mind.

Since the real hot issue is quality of service and the business is massively understaffed I very much doubt it, there's so much overtime at my place next week they can't find enough warm bodies to cover it.

There is no overtime ban,relax the job is still very good,so the start time changes big deal,go and look for another job there is nothing out there x

Our overtime ban was this week Woody, it appears they may be doing this office by office rather than all out. Not a second of OT at ours this week.
