RMCtv : Grant McPherson Change is difficult, but it has to be done, and together

Well why Grant did YOU declare industrial warfare upon us all this time last year? it is at odds with this statement:

"Our customers want ‘green’, they want reliability, and they want quality. They want it all.

‘Most of all, they want an easy life. If we make things harder, they’ll go elsewhere and give their business to a competitor. We can’t risk that happening,"

Well you did do that all the damage you done prosecuting a war you could not win and did not win.
But there is no winners out of this dispute which need not of happened!

If people want next day they don’t want green (unless from a local distributor) they don’t know what they want so why completely change a model that works.
