I gave HR another phone call the other day, who are going to draft an email to my line managers to remind them about my outstanding annual leave...

Also, I recieved the other day from Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, advising that since I left RM I can no longer participate in the Royal Mail Share Incentive Plan, and that the Trustee must sell or transfer the SIP shares on my behalf.

I have only 157 free shares, so maybe enough for a couple of Freddo's if I sell em, once the £25 administration fee is paid...

I really don't have a clue about the Stock Market and shares.

IHR does not exist according to my manager this morning, lump sum payments are on hold as well ( covered conversion) I am waiting for IHR and the manager told me to go to the union because they are fully aware of the situation , what the hell is going on is it a regional thing?.

I think IHR still exists but it sounds like they've put everything on hold until the ballot comes in and the new IHR agreement is in place. The union may know about this 'pause on IHR' but it doesn't mean they agreed to it.

I heard people were still being offered voluntary redundancy but that was a month ago and this would be on a case by case basis.
