1. Most people don't give a s**t about green about and neither do RM. If they did we wouldn't still have 15 year old diesel vans whilst taking HCT walks out of offices.

2. A company can only get to certain levels of efficiency, once you go too far you do so at the expense of service levels driving away customers and demoralising your workforce.
