Will all the effective dates for implementating change be put back by three weeks to allow for ballot delay ? An example is the IHR decisions where implementation date for the new rules was 1 Aug 23. Surely that should be put back to 1 Sept?

By the time this vote is over it will be 6 months since our last strike action. All of which has been rendered a pointless excercise due to the Cwu's incompetence. You have been told countless times on here what will happen in the event of a no-vote result. If you think that somehow it will result in a better deal then you are just not listening at this point.
