As again, I can't believe the bullshit that comes out from the replies. The Union are doing the right thing by getting the right agreement before going to ballot.
I can't believe the amount of Kevins on here.

The union "getting the right agreement"? Complete and utter bullshit, it's a sell out deal. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pigsweepster70 wrote: ↑14 Jun 2023, 00:29As again, I can't believe the bullshit that comes out from the replies. negotiations with for the last 8 weeks? Far as I can tell with the behaviour of RM, the union have been told MONTHS what they were doing and they chose to ignore until the very last week the ballot was supposed to be delivered to its members. It's actually laughable they even think realising this now and not during the last Joint Statement when they themselves said they wouldn't reach an agreement with RM if they kept carrying on with the revisions. But, then come back weeks later with one while they still continued and they even said "part of the agreement addressees this" regarding the revisions when people pointed out they were still happening. So it's not really bullshit now is it? If they had any sense they'd of made sure the company was behaving before this agreement or made sure the agreement was water tight so the company couldn't just piss around and do what it wants. The agreement is riddled with holes in there they can exploit. It's completely absurd they've even pulled the ballot till RM come out the naughty corner. Either get the vote in or strike. They are only the two options at this point.
