The original ballot was to achieve an agreement.
An agreement was achieved which the CWU endorsed.
The ballot is no longer valid.
The courts would agree.

After a rejection there would have to be new negotiators and new aims, probably new leaders... and a new ballot.
Wrong the ballot is enforce by definition for six months since 16/02/23 by law so this is not a head of the union or General Secretary. It is by us all we need to make known the leadership of our union we are not having it and will not sit till we have a deal. And demand a vote NOW!

An office that completes most days, has turned into an office that fails everyday in the space of a month. Experienced post man have left and the new blood can't complete the massive duties they are handed and leave within a few months, what a shower of s**t

They aren’t because they have given specific instructions to their reps to not get involved in revision activity. This is all on RM.

Not sure we are needed, we have 9 Asian agency staff all doing parcels & all taxi drivers, the managers are all over them, apparently they make us lazy posties look stupid, to quote my manager “they are smashing the job out of the water”

Wow wonder if RM have thought of offering them self employment say 75p per parcel, they use their own taxi and maybe design a cut down version of the PDA app they can install on their phones just to scan parcels :chuckle :chuckle

If a bloody zoom meeting takes so long why in gods name are we waiting for whispered words of salutation and yet revisions are happening to this day for next week next month. We have the mandate of that ballot inforce let us focus minds and attitudes there is still time to do this vote or no vote the issues will not rescind or go away in time they will only get stronger!
