Re: Trust & Confidence?
I must agree, that anybody, especially in delivery, who votes for this deal needs there heads looking at. Since November last year all new starts, which is about 2017 nationwide are on the new contracts with no delivery supplement, unpaid meal breaks, less hourly pay of £11.59 per hour paid monthly ect. Do you not think RM will come for yous in a few years saying, WELL THESE EMPLOYEES WORK FOR THIS AMOUNT, and they will come to make yous sign new terms and conditions down to their level, not up as they say they will. All out strike needs to happen. There's no other way. Either that or be flogged to death with a shite pension and shite I'll health payment if your lucky. C,MON girls and boys get it together, YOUS CAN WIN AND YOUS CAN CHANGE THE DEAL. C,MON. PEOPLE.Poppyellie69 wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023, 18:55Your vote use it wisely,I don't care what anyone votes,I'm voting no because I deserve better!! Democracy rules I'm confident most people feel the same in delivery
