So because your office is ‘100%’ that means every office is the same? Makes sense.guardianangel wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 08:26Might be in your office but in my sector they are ready to walk ,enough is enough, our office was 100% and i can't see much changing.LouBarlow wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023, 16:08Yeah good luck with that. Not at all just go and read different branches posts and you will see a lot of bad feeling all over the country, the scottish branches have recommended to vote NO as well as some in Wales ,my branch have recommended a yes which has come with a barrage of criticism,as i said keep on with the mind games the No vote is coming as soon as the CWU let us have our democratic vote.LouBarlow wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 08:59So because your office is ‘100%’ that means every office is the same? People on here say a NO vote but what is the question on the ballot.
Do you wish to continue with our action against RM and the dispute which we have resolved? YES or NO read the ballot paper wording first.

I am pointing out the bleedingly obvious here - no matter where any of us stand on this
I can safely say without argument
That we are ALL sick and tired of this farce
Thsi has gone on far far too long and CWU & RM are equally to blame for this
Enough is enough

Well we all know management side of things I am sure the CWU reps do and they know each other trust me. Till the culture of this whole business changes ie Targets and bonuses for managers and workers doing more and the big surveys and 5% cost savings for every manager. Thing is is ZOOM call going to change that culture and reward system if not why are saying agreements till this ends there can be no peace in our time!

What you read on here or anywhere else is a drop in the ocean. I personally am not at all sure which way a vote would go but I’d say it is more likely to be voted in than not. I don’t see a massive majority either way.guardianangel wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 15:30Not at all just go and read different branches posts and you will see a lot of bad feeling all over the country, the scottish branches have recommended to vote NO as well as some in Wales ,my branch have recommended a yes which has come with a barrage of criticism,as i said keep on with the mind games the No vote is coming as soon as the CWU let us have our democratic vote.LouBarlow wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 08:59So because your office is ‘100%’ that means every office is the same? Whatever you think i see and hear the complete opposite and think the vote will be a massive NO as voting yes allows Royal Mail to push forward with the seasonal hours without a yes vote they will be in breach of contract if they push on then we have all sorts of problems and scenario's,but we will have to agree to disagree ,see you back here for a debate if the cwu ever give us our democratic vote but if they stall and they dont vote soon they'd struggle to start seasonal hours and i for one will use the law to demand being paid for the hours worked within the 12 week legal period not 32 weeks down the line.LouBarlow wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 19:12What you read on here or anywhere else is a drop in the ocean. Constructive dismissal if they change contracts without agreement
