by the sounds of it you don't even work for the company, so i don't think you are in any position to criticise or judge, so bore off.

...............accept the decent pay increase on offer and the £1,500 lump sum, before it is withdrawn.

......
What 1500 lump sum? Nothing about the rumoured additional 1000 has been confirmed by RM or CWU.

I thought a frigging deal had been done.... where's the frigging vote papers!!!!

why announce a deal when you don't have a deal.

People are working hard and simply want a pay rise and to get on with their lives, not to have this dragging on and on and on and on and on.

Would be nice to have 1 less thing to worry about, get the yes vote and move on....

cos this WILL be a YES vote, no matter how many people on here claim they are voting NO.

This will get at least a 70% YES vote..... so let us vote on it now FFS!

Whilst there is a disagreement on the agreement, at least there is no chance I will be working 24 minutes extra per day for no reward.

I'm in agreement with this. If this is an agreement you came up with in the exact same environment we are in now then it makes zero sense to delay it. They had a joint Statement in the past regarding these revisions and it went nowhere and the company walked away from the deal only for you's to go crawling back with this deal. If you were to look from the outside it looks Sus as hell to actually be negotiating a further pay off during when you are putting it up for a vote. Imagine if any of the parties in the government were to slip money into people's pockets while balloting, it would definitely raise some eyebrows. Any lump sum and revisions should have been sorted way before you even reached this agreement, not during when you are actually putting it up for a ballot. It's an example of the complete disarray of this dispute. Just ballot it, and whatever happens, happens.
