I've no idea, but apart from the odd anecdotal story on here about others getting it there seems to be very few. None in my office of around 120 - 130 staff. That said, we have double digit levels of vacancies so it was always unlikely. Loads tried though.

Something like 70, I was told, were given VR at the MC where I worked, including me. That still wasn't enough to get rid of all the hours RM wanted to, so there may be more further down the line. Given that compulsories have been ruled out, if the agreement goes through, it will have to be VR, unless the company can find another way to get rid of people.
