They should give us something at least 2% backdated to this April to tide us over til this is done.

Can we all just accept now that this ballot is dead in the water, it’s a non starter, don’t see how they can possibly try to seriously sell this all over again.

It is pay for change which is why the mooted extra £1000 needs to be in there.

We have fought more over the last 12 months than anyone ever "fought" years ago.
I should know I was there "years ago".

They're not going to leave the T&Cs alone whether we accept this deal or reject it.

which is exactly why the whole fiasco is being dragged out. for a delivery postie, a yes vote would give a weekly payrise of £29.65.(F/T) if this is dragged out till, say the end of July....it would give a backdated lump sum of just over 500 quid. add this to the 500 lumper thats on offer, and if its true about the extra grand, then you would be looking at a 2 grand lump sum in with your pay at the end of July. they simply just KNOW for an absolute FACT it will be voted in hands down, because people will be blinded by the bright shiny carrot being dangled. it really is sickening what they are doing to get this shite voted in.

Really? You call the last 12 months fighting? I call it the union playing right into RMs hands.

I remember Chris Webb telling us that we'd be so overwhelmed by the information the union was going to give us we would be begging them to stop giving us do many updates and information. Another exaggeration!
They can sell it for all their worth. We were pulled on to the picket line for a no strings attached pay deal, not even an apology for selling us way short of what they pledged!
I would like to see Dave Ward explain how they campaigned for a strike ballot and then sell us out. Line by line otherwise I bored of listening!

Never a truer word spoken. They will keep going till we have basically nothing but bare minimum t & c,s left.
