If Royal Mail are sticking with these revisions then something has got to give....

They have added approx 40minutes to each job, so where are they going to cut 40 minutes from our jobs?

-Get rid of door2doors?

-Implement a system that can sequence all the mail?

-Give all posties a go-kart to drive around their loops?

-Use homing pigeons.

-Create a magic wand for all posties to wave so the post is magically delivered.

Thing is the uso and compliance with it they got rid of loads of good workers and seam hell bent on reduce costs and service and hope that ofcom will turn a blind eye to this all.

USO will be 5 days. RM push for thousands more to leave, hopefully without vr. The company will be split up, rewarding the leech's with more bonuses. As to revisions, I'd guess it's at least 1-2 hours added to paired duties - despite what RM claim, and the fools who rush around completing the (3) duties. Won't be long now. I reckon ballot results will be done by end of June. July we will have the increase in pay/lump sum and all the backdate that is if it is a yes vote.

For anyone feeling down and frustrated go and watch on utube the 1st min of the ballot result in February when the lady read out the result (win the ballot win the dispute) . The roaring/clapping/thumping on the table and excitement in the room. knowing what u know now hearing that you are bound to laugh/smirk or shake of the head whilst smiling.
