Part-time Vs 37 hours ..can you complain

So our part timers hours are 9-3 but full timers 37hours all have different finish times so technically part timer doing higher % of work as full timer usually finish earlier.

This would be equally if we all had different start times and all finished together.

Can you put complaint in or manager just getting told what to do

Surely you should all have the same finish time otherwise how can van share work?

I would not get involved ,just do your contracted hours and go home or book overtime if you go over.
PDA logs workload and hours so in the end early finishers will be given extra to do.

Unless your the bosses favourites,they do overtime in the morning and finish early but never have anything added or given extra to do,until this practice stops royal mail will forever be losing money.
