I get wiser with age and never thought people would allow themselves to be treated this way. I am amazed that people are treated like dogs and yet still rush about, cut corners, come in early and still do o/t at below minimum wage after tax. Too thick to be insulted! At least it’s only a few now instead of 50% of staff. Slowly getting the message to do the job properly.

Don't know about processing but it appears it's fkin impossible to get a job as a postie at our place although we've got 5 vacancies, and several duties being rotated every day.

We have a dozen. I don’t think we have had many applications because of how terrible the new contracts are.

I did 10 years in a mail centre yeah the work is physically easier but the environment was very toxic and that was 10 years ago. It’s probably even worse now.
