I’m told this is a great deal and I should vote yes. From my understanding the massive unachievable walks are here to stay. My own walk with 1800 plus call points had two runners on it today and they brought back 6 loops. They have done the walk before and admitted it’s madness to ever expect anyone to complete that. When I vote yes my walk will not change. I will have voted to maintain the uso so I will be expected to complete and if I don’t, will the bullying start?

Why should I vote yes to not getting paid if I’m sick? Why should I vote yes to lower overtime rate than my base rate? We still have agency staff earning more an hour than myself. How can I ever trust a word they say again? They want to take another 170 hours out of our already struggling office. It’s light at the moment and we are in the brown stuff. We have a member of staff leave every week. Most of our younger members are struggling financially now without child cost when our 4pm finish comes in. Never mind it’s a great deal. A great deal for who? The poor old broken delivery staff who earn the money for you and who are now going to be out delivering in the hottest time of day come July / August when it’s up in the 90s.
