So been working three days 24 hours.
Now having to changing to four days. 24 hours
How much notice do they have give you and also my days off are changing so any planned events are screwed up to.

We had people on 3 day wks, 25 hours, so management got rid of all that, continually messing up hours, seem to get away with anything it seems. Offered 5 hour days or f**k off I'd say. Imagine quite a few would go for a 3 day week if financially viable. Don't seem to have to give much warning either.
