I'm voting no .
I have never heard or read anything since the deal came out which would make me change my mind .
Because its one sided nobody knows whats going to happen with a no vote its like blind faith it could all go disastrously worse.
It will get worse whether this deal gets passed or not .
But as a walk postie there is nothing in it for me ,lots be taken away from us .
Then we have the union, which is st an incredible positions they have put themselves in .they keep digging holes for themselves.yesterdays video for instance.the less said about that the better .
Cwu have brought this on themselves.
Whatever cwu have done is past tense just saying the union are s**t constantly doesn't help people decide,I'm a foot postie but have worked for big corporations with no union and believe me this would of happened way before now just look at all the other services that have been sold off.

Where in my post did I call the union shite .
yes I to have worked in non union companies.some where very good some where shocking .
Principles mate have you ever heard of them .
Oh and a union that ain't looking after its members only themselves.
Chill dude it was a generalisation.

True , They are forecast to be back in profit next year which is when we would receive the pathetic 2% pay rise for that year .

A massive con .

If my neighbours house burns down, I’ll help him put out the flames.

Don’t expect me to pay for rebuilding it, especially when he started the fire

Still a NO from me

I don't understand how CWU can put the deal to a ballot when RM are alreading ignoring a major part of it!! THE INK ISN'T EVEN DRY YET NEVER MIND SIGNED AND SEALED. I assume the CWU will withdraw the ballot and call strike action if RM'S behaviour and attitude don't meet the terms of the proposed deal.

Great analogy, i had a chat with our Rep this morning, he told me he was at a meeting yesterday in which he had a chat with Dave Ward, after said meeting he changed from a No to a yes vote.
I asked him why, his reply was that theres jobs on the line.
My reply was that i will not vote for this deal under any circumstances, he wasnt impressed and wanted to know what my alternative was.
I informed him that firstly i dont believe a word that RM say, they have reneged on everything before we even voted by not sticking to the signed agreement.
Secondly i didnt lose them the million pounds a day they say they have lost and i certainly wont pay for it. The ignorant feckers dont even think they have done anything wrong!
I dont have a alternative, but that is not a reason to vote in favour. If they dont want a No vote then why bother puting it to a vote. Just do what RM do and impose it, you might not have many union subs in a few weeks but you will have what you want.
Theres a cost for everything and i am not telling anybody how to vote. I am just giving my reasons you may have your own.

This deal is rotten and the union know it so i will be voting no we all know its risky but anybody with any backbone has to see this as a way to crap terms and condition pemanantly Royal mail are looking at this this as short term pain for long term gain on the back of us i would rather see us separate as a letters business and let people leave on redundancy there are plenty of takers for that as for Daves home help plan no thank you I came into this job as a postman and hopefully walk out as one

Not many convinced in 4 weeks then
Yes but this has become a union bashing club of a handful who shut down anyone who disagree with no.
100%
I expect that a lot of these people voting no will actually vote yes.

Change is here anyway whether you vote yes or no.

I don't really want to start later, but think our office will be 30 mins later - so not too bad. And the sick pay policy is a joke, but I am not going to vote no and risk getting a worse deal or faff about going on strike for months on end just because of a sick pay policy and a 30 minute later start time.

People will be happy to take the 10% pay rise ASAP.

I don't trust RM to not ram through loads of changes whether it's a yes or a no vote, and I can't see them taking any notice of the union when they do

Thats it space they'll plough through regardless they've actually proved they can,all the union can do is get what they can now.
