Re: dont postpone the ballot
If they postpone the ballot their agreement should be voided
As it will have been compromised and influenced

Re: dont postpone the ballot
When is the ballot scheduled for? I saw they pushed it back a week once if they do it again without amending the agreement then what are they playing at?

Dont have a clue about your average DO.

Re: dont postpone the ballot
I've got no idea what the hell the union are even doing now. Seems like they realise that the company is doing exactly what they want but can't really do diddly squat about it. They clearly don't care about mail since got walls that are not going out for days or even weeks in some offices. All striking is going to do is just give RM an excuse to just blame the mail delays on the strikes.
The company is already doing a splendid job of screwing everything up anyways.
But, the union itself has no other cards to play you got union representatives like Webb on social media basically implying it with his "and then what?" All they are doing now is stalling when honestly, people just want to just get it over with and cast their votes. Being in limbo for half a year isn't doing any good at all and think it's not right to string people along for this long. At this point, people have already made their minds up on what to vote for. The revisions should have been sorted months ago before this agreement during the JS but clearly that's not happened.
All I see now is union just waiting around on something that's ultimately never going to materialise because company is that stick up their own asses on their ways of thinking things. The only way I see them changing their ways is if Ofcom actually turns around and fines the big dogs from THEIR pockets and not the company's pocket. I very much doubt it though since they are likely viewing it as the company as a whole rather than individuals behind these decisions. Far as the ballot, just get this over with.

Well the best I can come up with is this: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/ ... r-2017.pdfShadedpostie wrote: ↑18 May 2023, 21:49I've got no idea what the hell the union are even doing now.
