If you ran a business that turns over 4billion pounds plus a year yet only shows slight profits or even losses wouldn’t u look into it and wonder why and I’m sure we all have our own ideas on that front

According to Martin Walsh there are around 80 CWU Branch’s including the fleet and engineering smaller Branch’s.

Would be good to have an updated list of branches and if they recommend the deal or not, so far it has been posted on here the following

South East Wales Amal branch says NO

South Central Branch is recommending a "No"

Glasgow reject deal
What for?
Make your own mind up instead of acting like a sheep.
That simple
Thanks for that, I have made my mind up, it's a No but I thought it would be interesting to see how different branches swing across the country, guessing from your sarcastic comment you don't think so, but that doesn't make me a sheep
I couldn't care how you vote pal.
Interesting in what way? Seriously. Nothing sarcastic about my comment. What made you think I was being sarcastic? I just think your thread is a bit pointless mate. Plenty of sheep on here who can't think for themselves and you're just stirring the pot in my opinion so I'm calling you out so please don't act the victim.
" What for?

Read pretty sarcastic to me, why am I stirring the pot? as far as i'm aware this is supposed to be a forum to discuss Royal Mail issues, I am asking if it is possible to have an updated list of branches and if they recommend their members vote yes or no to the deal, if your not interested then maybe you should move on and troll someone else's post, I am NOT your Pal, I am NOT a sheep, and I am NOT acting the victim!
Ok pal. Read as sarcastic? No, I think you're just a sensitive little bunny and as for trolling your post? you're not acting like a victim?
So you haven't started a thread to try and influence members by seeing what other branches recommend?

Like I said, people will make up their own minds.
There you go. Called out on your precious thread. What a snowflake

I think theargyspy maybe just wanted something like the BBC Swingometer. https://www.bbc.co.uk/archive/swingometer/zdrrhbk :hmmmm

Maybe just for info? Like, perhaps the South is looking like going one way the North another. East and West in agreement or not with each other etc. etc.

We just have to be honest. None of this is our fault we've been worked like dogs for years, the company despite now calling us lazy bastards have got by on our good will alone (Delivery) and the union facilitated that by their inaction when called in to defend our terms. Lost count of none payment for overtime, lost count of bank holiday fiddles.
That has gone for good now. Time for this company to run it's course. See how long it lasts.
Well said i dont help any bosses now ,i feel sorry for customers but now i write everything off, card everyone and fill my bags up next day with redeliveries im finding im leaving half a walk most days,if they were losing a million a day if my office is anything to go by they must be losing 2 million a day with the amount of agency and overtime. when will bosses ever learn its the workers who make or break a company not million pound managers, once you lose the dressing room you've had it.

Every branch in the land, could reccomend this shitty deal, and it would still be a No from me.

There is just nothing in that bloody deal that justifies all the money posties lost during the strikes.

We made sacrifices for what?
So that Royal Mail's overpaid and underworked bosses, could slash our sick pay entitlement, at a time when they know full well, that the increased workloads and undue pressure to complete, will make more people ill, needing to take much needed time off?

Bollocks to that. Bollocks to anyone endorsing such a deal.

Thank you for sharing this information. It would indeed be helpful to have an updated list of branches and their recommendations regarding the deal. So far, it has been mentioned on this platform that the South East Wales Amal branch and South the Central Branch are both recommending a "No" vote. Additionally, it has been reported that Glasgow has rejected the deal. It will be interesting to see if more branches express their stance on the matter.

I asked our area rep when, and if we were going to have a branch recomendation on which way they thought we should vote, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away

Most of the scottish branches voted against this deal. The union rep was dead against the deal when the agreement first came out, now he's telling us to vote either way.

It's a democracy and nobody should be telling us on how to vote we all can make our mind up whether it's right or wrong.

Just like how nobody should be making up posts about how the entire Scottish workforce voted on this deal.
