£400 payout all signed off and agreed but were in a good office and out dom is ok ( sort of) but were only a small office (70/80) dont think this would work if we were any bigger
I can't believe your area rep has allowed you to agree to this. Are you mad
No ,after getting my breath back I realise not even the most masochistic of pea brains would agree to this ,so it's pure bullshit lies,.
So why post this absurd crap,Working for sweet FA,20% pay cut ,now that rings a bell

I've heard it IS £400 pay out, but not sure if it is pro rata for the hours you work. And then, if your office hits the target for savings there should be something extra sometime soon too
Don't think my office will hit its savings targets, can't even afford any elastic bands at the mo, last year they even ran out of paper for the photocopier
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

I keep reading this and I expect to see DCI Gene Hunt coming through the door and telling me it's the early 80's and Thatcher is the PM

This obviously doesn't sound right,i think wak needs to explain it a bit more.
EDIT:Reading it again,is he saying that for just once they will work a day for nothing a year and there's no flexi s**t.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Balls, you give them an inch and they'll take a mile because RM just change the rules to suit themselves. One day for free and then it'll be just do this little bit extra and if you refuse then it's down the conduct code for you.
40hrs spread over 5 days for 46 week is what we should do, that's it end of story, no ifs no ands and no buts.
