If the COMs want you to prioritise Tracked, get them to put the instruction in writing (signed as well) then contact your local MP

Their names should be on a warrant. I expect they'll be on the New Years Honours list instead.

Deceiving the regulator would assume the regulator is none the wiser. They simply won't hold them to account, knowing full well what they are doing

Ofcom doesn't really exist.... it's probably made up of 3 guys sitting in a room all day eating donuts.

I sent a Tracked24 parcel out recently and it took 6 days to get there. Didn't prioritise that one! When I complained was basicaly told "tough, should have used Special Delivery"!

Unless you are a large company with a major contract, they don't care.

It stopped briefly at ours!
Today I was on a walk that was meant to be "bolted on" 2 weeks ago and just sat there with no duty holder, only tracked going out. I was delivering poll cards for last week's election and D2Ds advertising a local event for the coronation weekend. All our rep would say was "this is what privatisation has done"... the angry customers who went out of their way to tell me I should be ashamed of myself for bringing them out of date mail, and NHS letters for appointments (that at least one of them said they had already missed) were not impressed, not least by the fact customer service told them there was no issue in our DO and they just didn't have any mail. Tomorrow I get to deliver the next 2-3 days worth
