Well said , if the only way this firm can survive is to exploit its staff up till the time they decide to sack everyone I say let the company go down the pan ,that way the inevitable happens to us but at least the shareholders and higher management lose as well,if the company cannot survive as is it should not be the workers who suffer to make a profit

What an excellent first post
They are nothing without our labour and toil. Since our revision I’ve never had it so easy, not because there is less work but because I no longer care and will not break my body by completing what they put in front of me. The Screws will go for the weak minded every time. We no longer have a union fighting our corner.
This was the fight of our lives and as foot soldiers all we have is our labour. Stop giving it over so easily. A yes or no vote will not change anything, they will want more either way.
What I do suggest is keep a daily journal of all conversations with management, it will come in handy when they start to conduct for performance because once all the weak minded are broken they will come for the strong willed.
