2 Rest Days?
Well today I got up and went to work like usual for 6.50.
Walk over to my frame and there is someone already on there. I got check my duty sheet thingy.. and it says monday is my rest day. This is weird.. Wednesday is my rest day usually... but it also says Wednesday is my rest day too. So I'm only working 4 days, Im on a 30hour contract as you probably kno by now. haha
I thought you only have 1 rest day a week? I know I shouldnt complain.. an extra day off but I need the money. As I guess they're not going to pay me my 30hours, as Im only going to be working 22hours this week.

Could be a cock up by manager - check first thing tomorrow and make sure you take him to time sheet so he explains it to you. If you have 2 days off is one of them leave, if so you will be paid 30 hours + any docket.

Interesting?
you say you have the same day off every week, how does this happen?
as a new entrant you should be on a set duty for 6 weeks,so one week your day off would be mon, following week tues, following week wed,etc..
once the 6 weeks are up you could end up on any duty with any day off,so you could have tues off one week, fri off the next on another duty, and so on.
But as TBT says if you have any spare annual leave the manager may have given you this(as he's fully staffed that week)
ask your work place coach what's happened, that's what he's there for,one things for sure,it won't be their mistake!

What is your duty
Aaron
Find out for me from your dom what your duty is,most new entrants in delivery offices start off on some sort of training walk,to get in the swing and then normally after about 6 weeks you should then go on Reserve dutys and cover a/l and sick leave or if there is a vacant duty that no one wants the junior reserve (you) will pick it up.Whatever duty you do will in most cases will have a rotating rest day, find out from your dom or line manager what day/days off you will have the following week, its a pain in the arse going in to work when you dont have to ,in my office all the rest days for each duty are above the signing on sheet up to 6 weeks in advance.
