Simons partying with all the money hes saved from paying us a good pay rise probably with Dave and Andy fair play Simon has played us all the way along this dispute and the CWU has taken everything hes chucked at them its embarrassing MASSIVE NO VOTE FROM ME and most of our office no online videos will brainwash me
If simon has played us all the way why did we keep on striking. WHAT IS YOUR MASSIVE NO VOTE GOING TO ACHIEVE.
What is a yes vote going to achieve , A yes vote means they will do whatever they want knowing full well the membership are too cowardly to do anything about ,
A yes vote means a very poor wage rise ,
A yes vote means a reduction in terms and conditions ,
A yes vote means you are under there thumb forever more ,
Don't credit Thompson with more than he's due. The man is nothing more than a conduit. His advisors and the board have done this not Simon, he is there to take the flack, which he will be rewarded for.

I just think he's lying low until the vote result is announced, if RM were going to get rid then announcing it now may well swing the vote in favour of yes,

Well, he's back on Workplace again, so he hasn't been let go yet. Just a load of fluff about the Coronation and crocheted postbox toppers again. It seems pretty clear he's under strict instructions not to post anything remotely controversial, like days of old.

Happy to accept a near £30 rise tcs never bother me start on my time finnish on my time never been under anybodys thumb an never will be.. if it gets as bad as all the no voter's say why stay in job. only real thing out of the agreement not overly happy with is the ihr part dissapointed with that.
Now tell me what a NO vote is going to achieve. because i am pretty sure there will be no more strikes as most people have had enough.

why stay in job.
Enough of this rubbish. Whether people should stay in their job or not is not for you to weigh in on, especially when you are not in the same job. You have no idea of personal circumstances. Continually moving on when something is not to your liking is an ill fought out routine and is known to increase anxiety, stress and fear. Soon you'd find you'd nowhere left to go and no backbone left to fight. If workers ran away every time they met adversity the world would look very different.

Will you ask the yes voters if they'll leave should a massive no vote be returned? Didn't think so.

Aiden - YOU are not a postie - more like wharehouse worker , working for the same employer. You are on another planet . At least you are consistent - consistently annoying.

Well the Chairman took him out of the equation as he was not beneficial to the talks at the present time. Not suggesting he is in a a rug bound for Vietnam but his career will go far and wide the further the better!
