We already have rurals with lat stuff finishing 430, thats not changing ? So im looking at 8a.m to 330/430 finish (not rural) What about the size of the damned duties, 1600 houses way too much - so the uso has gone then,we dont need to deliver to every house ? Can remember the idiots at the top saying 9-5 years ago and we are nearly there. Dont trust cwu one bit anymore. NO

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Expertise at a national level 😳😳😳 One of many of the things that bother me about this proposed agreement is the JWG’s.

The people representing the CWU in these joint working groups will be Div reps, nec members and the national officers which is a major issue as non of the aforementioned have the slightest idea what the actual job entails.

Take the structural revisions - they were a complete and utter shambles and senior CWU officials had major input into those processes and were convinced they were good despite the evidence very early on that they were rubbish by which ever metric you want to measure for - cost, efficiency or quality.

Yet these same people are going to use their “expertise “ to try and minimise the negative effects of this agreement. God help us 😞😞😞
