As for posting my comment on you at midnight, well we also work 24/7 but we get decent payments for overtime ect. Fuds like you shouldn't get the pay increase as your quite happy not to be in a union paying subs but take the extra pay. Your part time and probably getting some sort of housing benefit/ universal credit to top up your wages. Boy are you in for a shock. I get that, but in one sweeping comment he’s an ‘idiot’, a ‘t*at’, probably on ‘housing benefits’ and doesn’t deserve a pay deal.Navalron wrote: ↑30 Apr 2023, 10:10Only replying to him talking me and the unions down. And I’m not targeting you as such here but I don’t think reps should ignore or isolate strike breakers as that’s in the unions own handbook of how to treat all employees (CWU anyway). And I think union reps should not resort to name calling. Otherwise all you have is a school yard mentality like in my office.
This dispute has really made the work place toxic.

Re: This deal is a pay cut
I wouldn’t want to be in any reps shoes at the minute! I keep saying in here that people should think twice before leaving the union but people are so angry. My office you have two reps and they are both going around saying different things about the vote. The members are arguing with one another and the place is miserable.Navalron wrote: ↑30 Apr 2023, 10:22Your probably correct mate. I think in times like these the union SHOULD be paying the reps!

There as so many absolute twat shills on this forum now that it's really not worth reading at all. Don't engage with them, don't argue because they're not worth the time and you'll never change their minds.

Re: This deal is a pay cut
Was minded to accept it but having read it all will not do so as ever the devil is in the detail so after much research and listening on here have come to a conclusion and the money on offer is not a fair trade for our terms and conditions. Nor is it compatible with anyones future in RM now they will force you all out of your job sorry this is why I cannot agree this it is not the money but what they will subject you all to gain a bonus ie force you out of your job!
