All RM Mail sorting offices remember the word solidarity ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š Vote No with all delivery offices
Doesn't matter what we think of the deal, we're outnumbered by delivery staff by about 3:1 so it'll be delivery staff who vote the deal in our out

Dave Ward and crew, weโ€™ve seen your negotiated agreement. Why can we not have the ballot papers now?
Do you not think we are grown ups? Do you think we need spoon feeding your reasons for offering us a stench of an agreement. Do you not think this has gone on long enough?
Let us vote now, we donโ€™t want any spin or propaganda.
If this agreement is the best you can get for the Members then your the wrong people to be leading this Union.
18 days of strike action for what?
:Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause Very well said!

Delivery staff vote might well be split. How Mail centre staff vote could be a deciding factor.

Long delay and timetable for this ballot is probably because the union know it will take weeks for any ballot papers to get through the mess created by all the revisions pushed through by executive action, and which the CWU seem to have accepted!
time for electronic voting - wouldn't that be ironic

This is just shameful - indefensible although that won't stop many reps trying to do just that

You may not be afraid to lose your job but thousands of your colleagues are.
It's a pretty extreme position to be willing to see your colleagues lose their jobs to prove a point.

I think you'll find there's more people than you think willing to walk the tightrope to save our T's and C's,you have it all wrong im not trying to prove a point i'm just not excepting the worst deal in the history of unions, you will vote yes and i will vote NO that's democracy but whichever way it goes i wont be a loser, yes and ill leave no and ill stay await the outcome if its not to my liking ill leave but if i vote yes i've lost.

What is wrong with education in this country?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
