and yet Dave ward always said we will not allow RM to do away with am delivery and yet the union has let RM to do it. i for 1 we be voting a massive NO vote and they can stick it up the union arses!!. :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo!

Dean
They couldn’t even win some concessions On an earlier Saturday, which would have at least of sweetened the deal slightly, will any of that lot be out on the streets until 4pm on a Saturday afternoon ?

The real question is why are trying sell us out.
Answer?
Because RM wanted to take the cwu out the workplace .
As Andy fury said "it a hostric deal and the cwu are back in the workplace "
Says it all really.sell out the staff so the cwu can keep a position in the workplace ...you then just become a workers association..
You lot should be ashamed to call your selves a union .
Vote no and remove rhe shitsters on pec .

For the first time in over 30 years I’m considering voting no and leaving the union. The next agreement in 2025 will be more of the same , with Royal Mail eventually getting their 9 to 5 workforce They’ve always wanted.I don’t see any wins in this agreement that the union can hang their hat on in selling us this deal.

i awoke this morning thinking i had had a terrible nightmare ! then i realised it was all true , the soft union had feathered their own nests to make sure they still had a job with no regard for the crap deal they had accepted on our behalf (and thats's from a once die hard union supporter)

VOTE NO - make them work for their massive wages !

LONDON DIVISION
1 Senior Management not taking a pay cut are they ?
2 VR was oversubscribed my understanding ?
Company back tracked on it fast
3 Compulsory Redundancies ??
How many depots short staffed ? how many depots clearing daily any ???
It was bovine debris designed to scare
4 Of all the Organisations on strike or settled Royal Mail worst offer of the lot and lowest of the lot
5 Bullying and Harrasment still going on i led to believe
In other Industries CBI Government Etc people made to resign BUT NOT IN ROYAL MAIL IT SEEMS
6 Sick Ill Health Retirement
Company only second to NHS itself re work related stress and Injury
We create more hospital appointments than any other industry re hernias, feet, backs etc
CHECK FOR YOURSELF LONDON DIVISION you can if you want to
7 Managers paid how much re strike days and revisions and we broke/administration ???????
8 Share price remained in same area all year -market be first to know if we in trouble
9 Companies House Royal Mail listed as worth 9 Billion
10 Once National Insurance and Tax takes effect IT A VERY POOR DEAL
11 People sacked we not re-instated some for things that years ago would have just been a warning or even less than that
UNION NOT SAVED THEM
12 Railways not making money not stopped them striking has it
Finally if it somehow gets voted in
What valid reason is there re future membership-you cant save people from dismissal
Company brought in executive action and quite frankly the lot at the top and i mean the entire lot need to go
Because simply cannot be trusted
IF CEO does leave quietly as appears to be thay will find half a million for him WONT THEY ???

London weighting was to be merged into one payment , but instead gets a 10% up lift. But you haven't listed that !...
I wonder why??? Given the financial predicament stated was that money actually a necessary requirement at the cost to other members????.
As always the Dave Ward London Mafia and those working in his London ivory towers have been looked after again...no surprise there!

Also what happened to the business savings proposal for union structure changes...which meant the business wouldn't fund PEC and Divisional Reps anymore...didn't list that benefit either did they?
Because you know if that came in you might loose your roles..

We are being run by a cabal of self interest in RM and the CWU. Which due to mismanaged finances and failing to put those at the top through the same shite as the rest of us is basically apparently bust so had to sign the deal.

Tell us the truth not management bullshit, because you now sound like the RODs you cozy up with...

Better to die standing up than live on your knees.
Call yourself trade Unionists more....like self intresters...

Lions led by donkeys

Just say No.

NO NO NO! And should administration happen then we'll probably get more from the government than any payout from Royal Mail would have been worth. Yous are trying very hard to convince members that we haven't been sold down the river. Thankfully it looks like the majority have seen through this shocking "agreement".

If the company is in such a mess then the people at the top of the company and union need sacking. Also why not remove the Saturday letter delivery, this would save a fortune, let people go on good redundancy terms that want to leave and allow more for a pay rise. Or have a three day letter delivery, alternating each day and again let the people who want to leave go. This would cut costs massively, allowing for a better pay deal and voluntary redundancy. Although the union would lose lots of members, however after I’ve voted no for this shocking deal I’ll be leaving the union until the top brass are replaced.

Problem there is they changed the VR to max 30 weeks if you have 25 years service and if you alternate delivery day by day your kissing your own ass out the door ie 50% staff reduction. Well get your subs stopped or we are all f****d with that attitude!
