If the £1500 was on the table I would of voted yes. £500 is an insult to all those that lost money through the strikes. The changes ain't that bad considering the original proposal royal mail wanted. Think royal mail and the cwu have scored an own goal here!!

The deal will get voted in I’m certain of that. Many will just as they and told and not many are up for fighting anymore.

From what I’ve worked out a full timer will be about £15 to £20 better off.

i am a strong union member but was stunned that DW seemed more elated about the CWUs position being safe in the workplace than the crap 'deal' he has agreed on our behalf !

Obviously vote no to this pile of excrement, but stay in the union. We need to get rid of the clowns who agreed this, can't do that after we leave.

On Saturdays we will all be working until 5 within a few years. Even more of the weekend gone. Only 10% over 3 years and £500. Lost more due to strikes, make it make sense. Also allowing them to keep us to 4.30 every day. Terrible deal, vote No.

Yeah alarm bells going off when I saw that also. I genuinely stunned at how bad this is and I had very low expectations to begin with

This is a terrible deal we need to to get rid of this useless union and start again ,
Is there anything to stop us all joining another union ? .
