At the end of the day we will hopefully hear tomorrow, if those at todays briefing can’t say anything I totally respect that and understand.
I am a Sub Area Rep and was also an Area Rep for 12years and know how things are or have to be
sometimes for various, sometimes legal reasons we have to wait a bit longer with which I have no issue.
Too many people on here shouting voting no when no-one other than the PEC and Div Reps know what the actual real deal is - totally ridiculous.
Who knows what may have changed or improved for the better only time will tell.

Well there will be improvements to RM's insulting "offer" or the CWU wouldn't have agreed it.

My guess, however, is that it'll just be some minor tweaks on stuff like new starters and suspended reps.

Hope I'm wrong.

Seems a simple one, do you want 1500 quid to be bent over yes, no?

Exactly this. This will be only the very first "acceptable offer" we have had. RM clearly want an offer now, so make them go back and improve it

Ok, so vote no. But what do you think will happen then? Royal Mail barely budged during Black Friday and Christmas so what do you think voting NO in April will do other than drag it out longer?
