Still the delusions of people here is astonishing. What do you think happens if we reject this offer ?
We have witnessed executive action after executive action. You think that stops if we reject the offer. You think striking in summer will have more of a impact than Christmas
Open your eyes. The Union know this
Open your eyes. Showing someone that you're not willing to put up a fight, even if the result is inevitable, just sets you up for more of the same in the future.

All speculation is useless until we know what we are voting on anyway.

The briefing on Friday doesn't stop them telling us if they have endorsed or rejected the negotiators agreement.
I think it is rude that someone hasn't leaked the agreement.
Them days are gone-they work for the dark side now.
Too true they are all in it together, once the 2 have decided how they are going to do us over and paint it in a way and make us think they are doing it all in our interest they will let us know last, its all in the plan there is no need to wait this long ,the both parties are just power hungry and we are canon fodder.

My conspiratorial mind has been thinking tonight, remember couple weeks back when RM came out and said talks are over and walked out of talks and that’s the deal? What if that was all just theatre and the union was part of it, both sides knowing a week or two later they would agree a slightly better deal to try sway the members? I honestly wouldn’t put it past either party.

I’m not holding my breath tbh but it would be nice to know what they have decided the future holds for 115,000 paying union members.
We should have found out the PEC decision today as they said they were meeting on Monday or Tuesday. But as usual

CWU = Dither and Delay

It is the livelihoods of 100,000 + members that the CWU are putting on hold. I wish they would just get a move on and give us a vote.

Give me a f***ing break I did fight and properly when I served in the army before I became a postman. The problem with you chest beaters is you can’t see what blatantly happening in front of your eyes. You are the ones who are delusional
What your master plan? Strike again? For how long ? What happens when they bring to more changes without agreement?
They will keep coming after us again and again with or without agreement as is already happening. Do you not go to work ? Has the Union agreed to any of the local changes, VR’s, 2% imposed last year and the start time changes ? Agency still in office also

The Union again know all this and are doing what they can do the get us what’s best out of a bad situation. Our local reps all know this also

We are not a publicly owned we got sold down the river by cable and his coalition to make quick money and this is the inevitable outcome sad but true

With all due respect, so what? Soldiers are trained to be obedient. Your comment only serves to damage your rhetoric.

If the changes are, and sure they are, coming in anyway then what is there to lose?

That's exactly what I thought. In fact, it is very likely because now they both have the same goal, to get us to accept the deal. It has become a face saving exercise from CWU

RM even said that a deal was within touching distance a couple of weeks ago, but still ended the talks, which I thought was bizarre. Definitely a lot of gamesmanship going on

I’ve also been thinking the same. It’s the only way that I can make sense of the lack of info coming from the CWU (maybe I’m giving both sides too much credit by expecting it to make sense).
