Will we find out the PEC decision today?

Post by cobrakai »

I’m not holding my breath tbh but it would be nice to know what they have decided the future holds for 115,000 paying union members.

The briefing on Friday doesn't stop them telling us if they have endorsed or rejected the negotiators agreement.
I think it is rude that someone hasn't leaked the agreement.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I thought it was supposed to OUR decision.
Surely the PEC are just being informed and then they have to spread the word about what's in the deal and arrange a membership ballot, they must only only be deciding whether to recommend Yes or No.

They will endorse their negotiators deal regardless
As they don’t have a clue themselves
It will be up to us the members to tell them to ram it

The meeting on Friday is to explain the deal to reps to then pass on to us. They have obviously endorsed it otherwise there wouldn’t be a meeting.

Are we not all adults? Just publish the deal, save money on Friday's shin dig. Hate all this exclusion, it's s Union power trip. That's the long and short of it.

It’s an absolute freak show. Big gathering of a bunch of union layabouts who haven’t delivered a letter or parcel in 25 years all to justify their own cushy positions and self importance. Probably get some obscure shift allowance from the dark ages for attending.

Probably giving this site a miss after having s**t thrown at him by certain posters whilst trying to keep us in the loop, can’t say I blame him for staying away.
