Nice little gathering with tea and biscuits for all the good old boys. Maybe they shouldn’t even release the full agreement as us dimwit posties wouldn’t even be able to wrap our tiny minds around the details, best leave that to the upper echelons of the union. Just belittle us with the dumbed down version via a Facebook live session early next week instead.

Re: LTB 096/23 - Royal Mail Group: National Briefing - Friday 21st April
I am not expecting anything even half decent, most likely it will be the same deal we were offered last time but wrapped in a golden paper. It will get voted in make no mistake about that. People are fed up and they will go for anything just to end this sad period, we are beaten already and we were played.
It's time to accept our fate now and take whatever they throw at us. I would be extremely suprised if this deal will be much improved or if it won't it gets a no vote. It doesn't matter if they publish the details this week or in 2-3weeks time. At this point there is nothing we can do anyway, it is over for us, job is finished, at least in deliveries.

The union are playing right into the hands of Royal Mail. From what I’ve read on here some people are just waiting for the lump sum then there off. At the rate they might go before then.

Never posted before, been in 42 years , the way information has been delivered to us recently in this dispute is disgraceful and now after the P.E.C have had the details of the deal given to them to be told nothing except there having another meeting just for the select few on Friday is unbelievable, communications union remember we all pay our subs and after this long supporting the union we deserve so much better

I think the PEC have rejected the s**t offer ! Very unusual for a national briefing to take place ! Bring on the strikes / admin
