I’m gunna try not to be too negative until I read the full details next week but my hopes are not too high that this
agreement will be any good. If it’s still later starts and the pitiful 10% over 3 years garbage then they won’t be getting
My support in the vote for it.
Time will tell.

The carrot of a lump sum will get it over the line and 95% of the workforce won’t read the agreement

Sadly you are correct. Job searching time for me and thousands of others if later starts gets accepted.

No agreement has been reached btw.

It's a conditional agreement.

How will you vote then? Oh wait, it's got absolutely nothing to do with you has it?
At the end of the day you are just postmen [sic].You deserve nothing more than what's been offered and probably a lot less.

There aren’t many/any I’ll be honest. It’s why I went on strike and lost over £1000 before Xmas, to keep the hours
I have now. Even 30 mins later finish for me is going to cost extra £70 per week after school clubs. Fully expecting a union sell out deal though.

Does this mean that Terry Pullinger can now come out from wherever they've stashed him?
