perhaps the law needs changing and all directors assets took form them I am sure people who matter are on here in time!

What's laughable is things have got WORSE!

-Rounds are now 40mins + longer = not completable. Mail and parcels are backlogged.

-We still have no day-off cover.

-We have to scan all our tracked parcels in the morning.
-We have to take photos of parcels on the doorstep.
-We have to do customer collections.
^^^^ all of this probably adds another 20minutes+ to our days too.

If Ofcom have actually woken up and smelt the coffee, then they are going to have a field day!

Ask them to explain the new autoredelivery. A big 2 fingers to mail being delivered
